AOC

AOC is the direct descendant of Continental Radio and Television Corporation founded in 1934 by Ross Siragusa in Chicago, Illinois. In 1947 the name was later changed to Admiral Corporation. From that year on, Admiral Corporation and its brand established itself in the United States as one of the first companies to produce color televisions. In 1967, Admiral Overseas Corporation, a Taiwanese commercial and industrial subsidiary of the US-based Admiral Corporation, was formed. In 1978, the company changed its name to AOC and in 1982 the brand was registered worldwide.
