Synology Annual Maintenance Contract 1B

A prepaid technical maintenance service oriented to Companies and structured companies, including L1 and L2 customer support, includes the total management of server services in order to maintain optimal performance. It does not include replacement hardware in the event of a failure for which costs will be charged in the event of replacement.

The contract provides for a flat rate price in case of intervention by the technician equal to € 349 (to be discounted depending on the customization required of the service) including taxes per day of work, € 249 for any subsequent days for the entire Italian territory when it is necessary to replace spare parts such as power supplies, fans, hard drives, etc..

Prepaid Annual Cost

Renewable Service both before and after the natural expiry date.
