A technical maintenance service geared towards enterprises and structured companies, including L1 and L2 customer support, includes full management of server services in order to maintain optimum performance. Does not include replacement hardware in case of failure for which replacement costs will be charged.
Includes a flat rate price in case of intervention on site by the technician equal to € 349 including taxes per day of work, € 249 for any subsequent days for the entire Italian territory when it is necessary to replace spare parts such as power supplies, fans, hard drives, etc..
Prepaid Annual Cost
Renewable service both before and after natural expiration.
